I’m jealous? ROFL.

I’m just stating facts. I could say very similar things about Newt. He’s damn near in the media as much as Palin.

And you keep pulling Hunter up. I have no idea if he intends to even run. But I do have a good notion that DeMint will. And that will be perfectly satisfactory to me.

Pissant, you're doing it again. Jim DeMint is a FINE legislator, and an admirable conservative, but he does not inspire, nor does he have the requisite charisma native to all great leaders.

To lead, others must be willing to follow you. Being an able steward or manager is not sufficient. People will bare their breasts to oncoming fire, and charge over the ramparts behind a real leader. When someone's got it, they've got it. When they don't, no amount of smarts or correct policy-making acumen on their part will make up for it.

Jim DeMint can run, but he won't be able to garner the same level of honest, enthusiastic support that Sarah Palin will. The fact is, she's got greater momentum and inertia going forward, than any other potential Republican contender, at this point.

If DeMint enters the primary, I'll be in line to support him.
