The NRSC has sent its top lawyer to Alaska on Lisa Murkowski’s behalf and Joe Miller went on Fox today to point out the NRSC is inappropriately meddling in the race now, even though Murkowski is flirting with an independent or write-in bid.
Well, I’ve just received a copy of a letter (PDF) from Miller’s attorneys demanding the disqualification of Lisa Murkowski campaign observer Bonnie Jack.
The Alaska Division of Elections staff and Joe Miller’s staff observed Ms. Jack using confidential voter information and then calling a voter based on that information. The Miller team wants Ms. Jack disqualified.

NRSC lost me when they endorsed Crist the day he announced.
I called Miller’s office yesterday. Woman who answered the phone said she hadn’t heard Lisa was “finding votes” and trying to steal the election. Then she went and asked someone, and said so far there were just “rumors”.
It is much more satisfying to give to candidates you like.

Learn from it. For over a year I have been posting the Florida experience with the NRSC. We had a candidate for US Senate already announced for months before Charlie Crist announced. It wasn’t even an hour after that announcement that we learned the NRSC had endorsed Crist and before the end of the day sent money to him.
Well we know how that effort worked out now don’t we? At the next REC meeting in my locale, I am going to raise the issue that we,as the grasssroots, move to eliminate the NRSC from the RNC.
What we are seeing in plain sight is the “Ruling Class” telling us who support them to STFU, sit down and like what we are being shoveled. To me the RNC no longer functions as a bottom up organization and is nothing more than the Whigs before 1860. The new republicans of the time took it over and the rest is history.
So what name do we give what is appearing to be history repeating itself?
Several have already tried to call the NRSC and Cornyn. Several hangups or the same old lines.
Several of us got through yesterday and talked to real, live people.
I’m sure they calmed your concerns, now didn’t they?

The GOP RINO elite fully expect the Dems to try,as they always do,to steal close elections on 11/2.
So they have been training to do the same.
What better opportunity to test their new crooked skills than on a classic conservative vs RINO elite primary?
BTW,the RINOS have already been corrupting the vote; otherwise Miller would have won in a landslide.

Not surprised this is happening. Murkowski hasn’t many options. She won’t be able to do a Crist - the Murkowski family are hated by the democrats, no votes there, and just running as an spoiler Libertarian to split the Republican vote would ruin her family’s standing as Republicans in Alaska.
