“Fox News isn’t just the home for hate, it’s the home for dangerous and lazy journalism.” says featured member Malkia Cyril, “It’s time for the public to turn off Fox News’ lies.”

Like a vampire in the sunlight.

Both of Malkia Cyril’s parents were Black Panthers in New York City. He’s a race baiter.

I go into patients rooms...all the time, that have CNN or MSNBC on. I change it to the local channel, ESPN, CNBC business channel..or Fox news.

I only change the channel if they aren't with it...

Yeah, I'm like that.

I have done quite a bit of traveling this year; virtually everywhere I go, FOX news is “on.” (or perhaps occasionally the weather channel). Good luck with turning off Fox. Given a CHOICE people PREFER FOX NEWS.

What lies? Examples, please?

Funny thing is, CNN is far more vulnerable.

I say every FReeper should stop by Sav-on, Rite Aid electronics counter and pick up a cheap universal remote.

Then, whenever in an airport or other public place, run through the frequencies and turn off CNN.

Because frankly. That’s their only remaining audience. :)

I thought they hung out a “Mission Accomplished” Banner years ago.

I never see FoxNews in public.

It’s on because it is the most popular news station and the one the patrons of the businesses want to watch. So they are going to go around asking places to turn off a news channel playing? Do people have nothing better to do with their lives?

If you really want to have some fun carry a small universal remote with you.If you can find one that you program by pressing up then off until the tv goes off when you get right code. Then you have it.This would good in airports while waiting forever.

FOX related Plea for help! I told TW Cable to screw off and cancelled cable but am going through some withdrawal....shaking, chills, and alternating voices in my head.(It’s like a catfight between Keith Overboard and Sissy Matthews)

Is there ANYWHERE on the web that I can view Fox News Channel live?? Without having to pay of course :)

If anyone is kind enough to help, I will be forever grateful.

FRegards,
JD

When I book Hotels I ask if they have Fox News and if they don’t I tell them that is why I won’t book with them. Same with any place I go. If they have a TV tuned to CNN I tell them I am leaving bacause of that.

I wrote this thought on another thread a couple days ago. Last fall, NBC had the Leno/Obrien meltdown, which they abruptly fixed after claiming to lose millions and their sponsers threatening them. However, their news networks perform terribly against FOX. Why are they in no hurry to make a change and compete against FOX? This has been going on since NBC had a cable news network. CNN and the others and can also follow suit as well, and take the enemy “FOX” out by simply trying to find out what makes FOX successful and them unsuccessful. I think some of them can almost claim to be a non-profit organization.
