SNIP...Here is their credo:
Some businesses play Fox without having thought about it at all, and may not know how divisive and dangerous Fox is. Turn Off Fox will help you work with others in your area (and across the country) to identify places that play Fox, ask them to change the channel, and explain why they should.
Its easy! Arm yourself with a few PDFs and make your case. After that, report back to your leaders, notify them where Fox is playing, and tell them how the business owner responded to you.
For the Turn off Foxers, Fox News is not just a channel for news, its a channel for evil.
Fox News isnt just the home for hate, its the home for dangerous and lazy journalism. says featured member Malkia Cyril, Its time for the public to turn off Fox News lies.

Put the TV’s on set in a clear plastic box so the channel can only be changed by a remote that the extablishment manager has. Prolem solved, Liberal-Loon frustrated and leaves.
What a coincidence. I was thinking how much I detest being subjected to CNN in every airport I go to.
I wish the airports would turn off CNN.

I encourage them to use that line with every business person. And to narrow their eyes as they say it, drawing out the last word --"eeeeeee-vill" as they swing a chicken. Wear an Obama T-shirt, too. That will really help.
It “is” irritating to wait for hours at the Atlanta airport listening to the blatherng (but local!) CNN feed.
But all ABCNNBCBS all the time is their motto, their only way to control their masses with propaganda.
Every day at my gym in California, I would request one TV be on FoxNews. They always obliged and many others would tune in to the channel. I think it’s just not the first consideration. My hair salon here in Arizona ALWAYS has MSNBC on. YUK!
“Color of Change” also teamed up with MSNBC and NBC for the 2008 elections.
Well, it’s not like they have any MONEY to boycott your businesses after they’ve paid for their Cheetos and pot.
Have you said anything to them?
I sure would.
But that’s just my nature.
:-)

I’d start up a Turn Off CNN group...but nearly everyone already has turned them off so what’s the point.
ROFL Ok a disclaimer here, I love in MA, and frequent my home state of CT, where I was born and raised, and lived till 7 years ago. BUT, in either state, I have not visited a public place that has FOXNEWS on, EVER!
I can’t believe they’re still repeating the lie about tea partiers calling a congressman the n-word to encourage businesses to turn off FOX.
I have been to restaurants and other places that had Fox News on and never really thought about it, tho I was happy to see it. From now on I will ask for the manager or whoever is in charge and thank them for having it on. May even leave a little bigger tip in the case of the restaurant.
Those nutcase libs?
My barber runs FOX all the time. Don’t even ask to change if you’re getting a shave.
“Problem is the airport thing with CNN is more than annoying.”
Although i prefer Fox, to be fair, I can understand a hotel/fitness center/airport having CNN on one set and Fox on another (and maybe a non-political entertainment show on another).
But, to have JUST CNN, or just Fox when you have multiple sets doesn’t make sense.
What's next... forcing their way into our homes to turn off our TVs??
Liberal ratings must be in the toilet again....
