"I suppose it would be beneath King McPain to call J.D.?" While I'm not by any stretch a fan of McQueeg, I do believe the proper etiquette in such things is for the defeated to call the winner and offer congratulations. If it were the other way 'round it would be perceived as gloating.

Bullshit etiquette has put us in the position we are in. I don't know about you but I am tired of being told to be gracious.
