You rant ignores the fundamental issue - who's "spirituality" rare? Is he fostering islamic "sprititual and religious renewal"? Hindu, Buddist? The real simple answer is no. He is "preaching" (my how you try to ignore the message) his religious world view which is rooted in mormonism - there is no escaping the point. How he practices his 'religion' is wrapped up within his 'message'.
Since this is a country of religious freedom, I have absolutely no problem with beck standing up and saying that he believes X because he is a mormon. I reserve the right too to evaluate X against Christianity and speak out if it doesn't match.
Beck sees America's greatness through MORMON spirituality, the X if refuse to accept, since MORMONS didn't craft our Founding documents, but Christians did.
