Look idiot, the money in Social Security was taken from my pay check and in essence my salary in the employer's matching share in some vague promise about paying it back to me when I an old. The government however squandered MY money and left me with an IOU. I would be happy just to get back what the government took from me preferably as a lump sum so I can buy gold or foreign investments and maybe have something left. Instead I will have to be as old as Methuselah to collect a dime, be taxed again on what little I do get and may be denied getting anything because I am too well off financially.
