actually lead 2,4,6-trinitroresorcinate
No lead in ammunition?
None.
You see, theres a state statute in my state which prohibits firearms on campus (with the exception of inside personal vehicles), and yet there is also a section of the State constitution which reads a follows:
I think maybe some states treat all state laws as part of or equivalent to their state constitution... but ignoring that, of course we've got the same issue at the federal level -- clearly unconstitutional laws that the government persists in enforcing. And because our judicial system is thoroughly corrupt, if you violate such a law and claim as your defense that it is unconstitutional, you'll still almost certainly lose in spite of being right.
Which, in turn, is just the situation the 2nd Amendment is made for.
Huh? Are you talking about just the "green" CCI ammo? CCI Stinger is the only ammo that my Ruger MKIII will reliably feed, and my Smith&Wesson 22A will happily eat CCI ammo as well (and anything else I feed it; the smithy isn't picky).
Yep. Best critter killer around....both 4 legged and 2 legged (if you suppress it)
Here is the NRA response:

It is for this reason that such a test, as the proposed State Constitution vs State Statute resolution, would be useful. If the State Constitution is ruled against it would give indisputable proof [to the people] that the government is rouge and that they should, therefore, withdraw their own consent.
The spread of such non-consent would, as you observed, cause the government to "force people to consent." Hopefully, the use of such fore would then only cause more people to withdraw their own consent. (There is the small problem that the American people, as a whole, exhibit the signs of Stockholm Syndrome towards their Government.)
Unfortunately, the NRA sold conservatives out when they backed the democrats plan to twart the recent Supreme Court decision on campaign finances.
Tungsten core inside a teflon capsule with a little dab of epoxy to hold it together. AKA: The KTW bullet.
If I remember correctly, the .357 mag version will blow through 6 bullet-proof vests. Makes for some amusing shots....
BINGO!
Don’t be counting on NRA, they turned into gubmint money hounds.
“Id like to ask the question What is the distinction between Statute and Law?
The state statute SHOULD not override your state’s constitution. I would think that for the school-exception to have the same weight as the right to bear, it’d have to be in the constitution as well.
Unfortunately, there are many “unconstitutional” laws and regs out there.
Until you take the case through the supreme court, you’re stuck w/it on the books.
The tyrants know this and abuse their power often in this area.
“Unfortunately, the NRA sold conservatives out when they backed the democrats plan to twart the recent Supreme Court decision on campaign finances.”
This is very bad news then.we have a unelected rouge agency loose calling the shots on every facet of our lives.
“to ban all traditional ammunition under the Toxic Substance Control Act of 1976, a law in which Congress expressly exempted ammunition.”
No, but toxic, crooked politicians could be banned under the act, right?
Perhaps they can convince Harry Reid to oppose this move.
Plenty of lead in the ground here in Missouri. Y’all come on down. We’ll have is a diggin’, smeltin’, and castin’ party. I’ll bring the beer and schnitzel.
