It’s neither one seperatley, it’s both. It’s laws (Sharia) is based on the religion.

It’s actually a violent political movement built around the “teachings” of Muhammed and the Koran. It ceased being a religion in 1979 when the mullahs took over Iran and began spreading Islamic Fundamentalism all over the world.

When the founding fathers thought of America, their little baby, the last thing they wanted was an invasive force to stifle, smother it, and then overwhelm it and kill it.

Most people do not recognize that what happens in a mosque is sedition. Pure and simple. Islam is not just a “religion”, it is a cult. Larger than that though, it is a political system, it is it’s own government, a economic system (which includes funding new mosque construction), its judicial...all wrapped up in the word sharia. This is inclusive of its military (jihadis) all rolled into one with one intent ...and that is to rule wherever they take root. It is a invasive, systemic infection looking to take over the host once it has quantum.

This is not just a “religion”, but something that cloaks itself in those terms so it should not be given the same treatment contemplated under the first amendment. The Korans Sharia rules are to consume whatever government there is wherever it goes.
Islam is political, and it’s goal is to supplant and replace. Globally.

When the founding fathers thought of America, their little baby, the last thing they wanted was an invasive force to stifle, smother it, and then overwhelm it and kill it.

The sooner America learns this , the better. Some know and many do not, but it is a threat to everything America knows.

Obama? Obama and Company? Should be tried for treason in this issue for promoting the establishment of a foreign government on our soils. He is doing nothing to protect America as per his oath. Also, as a Muslim, he knows this, he know far better, he knows sharia, but is looking to deceive America.

Multi-culti academic theorist types have been making the argument for a number of years now that states are coming to be distinct from geographic boundaries and in fact may be geographically overlapping. Sounds custom-made for Islam to me—and not something whose snout we should allow into our tent!

Islam is a religion.
There is no separation of church and state in Islam.
And yes, a government can stop another government from building in its own country.

Yes, it can stop the mosque from being built.
Eminent Domain. The State of N.Y. should claim the land under Eminent Domain and do with it as the American people see fit (70% oppose), and screw the filthy muzzies.

Islam is a totalitarian political system that has disguised itself as a “religion” for 1388 years.

Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.

Sweden didn’t separate Church and state until the year 2000... we can see how well that is working out in the Rosengard section of Malmo.

Islam is arguably an aberrant "theocracy". Totalitarian? YES. Cult?, YES. Being that it is form of government that seeks to overthrow any that oppose it, on these grounds, the Constitution would constitute government authorities with the power to exercise the right to try these conspirators as a threat to the state, intent to commit terrorism on the American people and have them at the very least exiled, or executed if we are going to play with the same deck of cards.

Just think, for a moment… What would Iran do if an American tried to build an Evangelical Christian Outreach Center in Tehran across the street from Mahmood’s office?

After all we ARE a Christian nation, what the acting president says is irrelevant, since he at the very least is a sympathizer of Islam. Whether liberal, secular Americans agree or not that we ARE a Christian nation, founded upon Christian principles, they sure as heck are enjoying the platitude of a western culture where the Golden Rule for the most part is taken as status quo and the environment that foments prosperity, equality, liberty and justice, since these are God given, inalienable rights.

What we are now living through are pure and simply the consequences of left, liberal influence in our society, where “tolerance” and “diversity” are code words for the self destruction of the this great nation and the welcoming of some internationalist’s agenda takeover.

Of course don’t take my word for it. Read it for yourself in the “Koran”…

Qur’an reads:
Sura 9:5. “Then when the Sacred Months (the 1st, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islamic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikun {unbelievers} wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat {the Islamic ritual prayers}), and give Zakat {alms}, then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful”.

Sura 8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.

Sura 8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Sura 9:29. Fight against those who believe not in Allah, nor in the Last Day, nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Sura 9:33. It is He {Allah} Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islam), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) hate (it).

There is no separating the religious aspects of Islam from it’s political system. Just like all totalitarian forms of government, Islam need to control its peoples’ spiritual life as well as their physical. “Higher powers” threaten dictators, so what’s better than to create your own and say he insists you follow the dictator?
