I would of told her that is why America’s kids are not getting quality education anymore...it’s because of TENURE!!....just like most gov’t jobs, you can’t fire people, they know it and they take advantag of it....the quality of their work suffers more and more every year because they dont’ work hard anymore—, their motivation deteriorates and their whole purpose of ‘teaching’ turns into a routine, relaxed, safe, half-assed, inadequate job. They just become glorified babysitters who just take take take and want more more more for doing NOTHING!!!

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 25% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-five percent (45%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -20 (see trends).
Americans still regard Canada and Great Britain as their best friends in the world. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey asked adults to rate the United States’ relationship with 18 other countries whose names are regularly in the news.
The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). Updates are also available on Twitter and Facebook.
Overall, 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president’s performance. Fifty-six percent (56%) disapprove.
