OPEN - the state GOP agreed to CLOSE IT AFTER THIS ONE.

So McCain got the Dem and illegal vote.

Nope, you are right. This confirms it in my mind that, save for a minority, Americans are IDIOTS and with so many IDIOTS running amok in the country, well she cannot be saved. Though we can’t give up trying of course. But I just can’t get my hopes up anymore.

And I so wish this fly in the ointment would GO AWAY already.

There’s no one better than JD in Arizona or a lot of other states.
Obviously, not.

In the POLTICAL area, being "better" means being "able to get more votes than the other guy."

I'm also tired of all those "marvelous conservatives" out there...

...Governor Tom McClintock, Senator Chuck DeVore, President Duncan Hunter -- and now, Senator Hayworth...
...not being able to master the art of RETAIL politics.

Why couldn’t he just retire?
Hell, he has to DIE sometime.

There were a couple of OLD guys recently that should have retired, but insisted on staying in power to destroy our country. God took 'em out.

My mother always said deaths come in threes.

Palin endorsed McCain before Hayworth entered the race.

It would be interesting to see the number of freshly declared independents who were previously registered as democrats.

I have NO sympathy for Arizona anymore! NONE.

Might as well let Mexico take over the land formerly known as Arizona.

Honorable mention goes to Sarah Palin. Thanks a F(&*^%^&$%_(*&^$#$ lot, Sarah.

It doesn’t help when you have a so called Tea Party activist fronting for the establishment candidate, like we just had in Washington 03

his mom also didn’t almost sink the Forestall.

Oh jeez..not this again.

Whatever you think of McCain, he has ZERO responsibility for the Forrestal fire, and it's not a debateable issue. His plane was the one that was hit or was next to the one hit by a rocket that was accidentally fired from an aircraft across the deck.

"JD was an imperfect candidate..."

I remember he was a congressman from Arizona and he was voted out of there after only 1 term wasn't he? Why?

Sarah Palin’s running mate in 2008 November
will be he Tea Party candidate.

She felt she owed him. She turned up 1 time in the very, very early days and spoke for him 1 time.

She has not made any other appearances, he hasn’t mentioned her and she refuses to take his calls according to someone I know that is involved with her appearances and things lately. This is someone in AK. She has fulfilled what she saw as her duty to him for propelling her onto the national stage. I have to admire someone that pays their debts.

"So they bought his lies yet again."

More like HE bought the votes. 23 MILLION dollars to win the seat. His ads ran every fifteen minutes on every single channel of tv and station on the radio 24/7 for the past two months.

I am so SICK of hearing "CHARACTER MATTERS"! And so many silly, uninformed, unintelligent, voters believed his ads, and voted for him.

Idiot Republicans

That's becoming, more and more, a redundant phrase.

“If I live in that state, I’d go ahead and vote for the Democrat over Juan.”

.
Might just as well.

The Tea Party could have and should have supported JD in this election, instead they chose to mostly stay hands-off... AZ Tea Parties are a real disappointment

_______________

I believe just independents can vote there in an open primary. I could be wrong. I live in NM but have good friends in AZ that have told me it was open until after this election.

You can stay awake nights holding Sarah responsible for McCain’s win but even without Sarah, it was not going to be close. Sheriff Joe might have been able to pull it off but not J.D. You can get a lot of attention if you’ve got enough money - look at the Scott win in Florida.
