The federal government has jumped up to join the defense in a lawsuit in California that challenges the eligibility of a Republican candidate in the race for secretary of state, filing a demand that the dispute be moved from state court to U.S. District Court.
The case, filed pro se by Pamela Barnett, was launched to challenge the eligibility of Damon Dunn as a candidate in the Republican primary for the state office that oversees all elections.

How about challenging Obama to be president. Let HIM PROVE THAT beyond any reasonable doubt.
So, natch, the holder/obama/marxist regime wants to place obstacles for Taitz
Taitz is no longer running - she was defeated in the June primary.
There seems to be some real evidence that this guy Dunn who is running as a Republican for California SOS is indeed a ‘democrat plant’ to ensure that Bowen remains in office.
The evidence is referred to as a letter:
“According to a letter written April 13, 2010, by Jean Marie Atkins Director of Voter Administration the Duval County Board of Election and obtained in person by Dr. Orly Taitz while in Florida Defendant Dunn contacted the Florida Board of Elections to have any record of enrollment or affiliation with the Florida Democratic Party in the Duval County database expunged from the official record,” the lawsuit claims.
This is rich. I would hope that the GOP in California would show some spine and jump on this but I am not holding out much hope.
Regardless of what people think of Taitz’ legal writing and tactics, she and Barnett have done yeoman’s work here in outing what appears to be a blatant ploy to retain control of the Cal SOS office.
Just imagine if Obama had to prove he was a citizen to get on the ballot in Cali. He can’t afford to lose that many electoral votes.
