Hard on the heels of the Ground Zero Mosque controversy, significant numbers of Americans think President Obama is a Muslim. The uncomfortable fact for the White House is the more the American people get to know Mr. Obama, the more they think he is a follower of Islam.

Rumors of Mr. Obama's purported Muslim identity spread in January of 2007 and were tied to Hillary Rodham Clinton operatives, who denied responsibility. The Obama camp responded that "Barack Obama is not and has never been a Muslim. Obama never prayed in a mosque. He has never been a Muslim, was not raised a Muslim and is a committed Christian who attends [The Rev. Jeremiah Wright's] United Church of Christ." That seemed definitive.

But in a February 2008 interview with the New York Times, Mr. Obama said the Adhan, the Muslim call to prayer, is "one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset." He then recited it, "with a first-class [Arabic] accent." The opening of the Adhan contains the Shahada, the Muslim profession of faith, proclaiming, "There is no god but God and Muhammad is the prophet of God." Stating this before two Muslims is the traditional requirement for joining the Islamic faith.

Here in this issue, we get to see the power of Sharia. Cash coming in from Iran, Saudiland etc etc even Pakistan.

When the founding fathers thought of America, their little baby, the last thing they wanted was an invasive force to stifle, smother it, and then overwhelm it and kill it.

Most people do not recognize that what happens in a mosque is sedition. Pure and simple. Islam is not just a “religion”, it is a cult. Larger than that though, it is a political system, it is it’s own government, it’s economic system (which includes funding new mosque construction), its judicial...is in its sharia, and its military (jihadis) all rolled into one with one intent ...and that is to rule wherever they take root. It is a invasive, systemic infection looking to take over the host once it has quantum.

This is not just a “religion”, but something that cloaks itself in those terms so it should not be given the same treatment contemplated under the first amendment. The Korans Sharia rules are to consume whatever government there is wherever it goes.
Islam is political, and it’s goal is to supplant and replace. Globally.

If that sound is anything like a rutting white tail buck in the Fall it is actually pretty close to the muezzin call. Wait till Lower Manhattan has to wake up to that every day at sunrise.

Anybody who actually knows anything about Islam can tell you that by several standards Obama is as Muslim as it gets. Father a Muslim? Check. Attended a Madrasa (even for a day)? Check. Recites out loud the Shahada within hearing of two or more Muslims? Check and Mate.

If his co-religionists actually thought he had sincerely renounced Islam and converted to Christianity he'd have a Fatwa the size of Vermont on his head. Instead the press either doesn't cover or finds amusing the fact that several Arab government officials have publicly stated the man is after all, one of them.

I remember during the Reagan - Mondale debate, the moderator asked if the candidates considered themselves “born again Christians.” Tough question for a pol, since it sounds like “born again” makes you morally superior or special.

Wouldn't it be great is a similar question were asked of Obama: “Mr. President recently it has been reported that some people mistakenly consider you a Muslim. Knowing that, while you have the highest respect for the Islamic faith, you are a Christian who worships Jesus Christ as god, to put to rest the rumors, will you now deny that Allah is the true god and that Mohammad is his final prophet?";

It IS a religion, but one that is not easily reconciled to American society. Islam simply rejects the concepts of religious liberty or freedom of conscience, the bases. of the First Amendment. Somewhere there may be a Muslim John Locke who has theorized about these concepts, but if so, he stands against the teachings of Sunni and Shia orthodoxy, who comprise between them 99%of the world’s Muslims.

I think an appropriate question that any Christian (myself included) would want to not only answer but talk about at length is, “When and where were you baptized?” Any Christian would feel free to talk about one of (if not the most important) events in his or her life.

I don't take easily to stories that involve aspects of speculation, conspiracy, my take on these things is to scoff at anything remotely cloak and dagger in nature.

But allow me to share with you something I find immensely intriguing.

In scanning the news sources I check on frequently throughout the day, a White House press release in mid-June caught my eye in announcing the White House visit by King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, scheduled for June 20, posting it here at Free Republic immediately thereafter. I kept a keen eye out for stories about the King's visit in the MSM, hoping they might shed light on what seemed matters of great urgency by the King in having him take the time, trouble to make the trip, but much to my surprise I did not see as much as a word on the King's imminent trip by any MSM news organization, media,or print, and neither any coverage during his brief stay.

At the time, I found it very strange att he utter lack of coverage, and kept on thinking about a comment left at the Free Republic post alerting me to what seemed great danger,uncertainty for why the King so urgently took the effort to meeting the President at the White House but with time faded away without much concern.

Now, having serendipitously come across your post, You Tube video,I must admit feeling quite uneasy, concerned in the aftermath of what I experienced as I've just described.

There was a great radio pyschiatrist and author "The Making of a Psychiatrist" David Viscott. He said he listens for the first lie.

In reading this article, here's the first lie: "The Obama camp responded that "Barack Obama is not and has never been a Muslim."

As Franklin Graham just pointed out again, Obama was born a Muslim. In the eyes of Muslim law, and he lived in a Muslim country, Obama was a Muslim. Later, before his speech in Cairo, Obama was said to be reaching back to his "Muslim roots".

Here's the bottom line fact. Obama has lied about his religion. There is no reason to believe a thing he says about his religion today. If you are interested in his religious beliefs, you need to look at the evidence. You can't take Obama at his word. It's sad to have to say that, but that's the truth.
