Even better would be for the unions to start work real real slowly. Make the project cost 4x budget. Squander the money contributed to the Muslims to make sure the money’s not available to build the mosque elsewhere. Then go on strike when it’s about 60% complete and unusable. Make sure it’s never finished. The American people would have their own victory monument.

Unless they plan on funding this $100-150 million project with cash, that could also result in the construction lender foreclosing on the property.

I did some checking and saw that they apparently acquired the entire property, including the outstanding mortgage, with cash. There's no mortgage on the property now. I wonder if they plan to raise the entire $100 million plus before they start work.

They will have the entire sum before they start work; remember it’s coming from overseas. It’s called Sharia Financing and it complies with Islamic laws. Harvard has a Center for Sharia Financing and President Zero has appointed to his table of advisors an expert on Sharia Banking. ALL the major international banks have specialized departments for Sharia Financing. Laundering money to terrorists is easier with Sharia Financing, too.

Yeah, I keep repeating the word “Sharia” to remind us this is just another aspect of the Islamization of the world. I encourage you all to look up the subject on the web, especially http://www.shariahfinancewatch.org/blog/
