Support for incumbent Democratic Senator Blanche Lincoln has now fallen to its lowest level yet as Republican John Boozman remains on track to shift Arkansas’ Senate seat to the GOP column.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Arkansas shows Boozman capturing 65% of the vote, while Lincoln earns 27% support. Four percent (4%) like some other candidate in the race, and three percent (3%) are not sure.

If the Republicans take the Senate seat in Conn. It will signal a total Democrat wipeout.

This should effect the governors race. Or is their going to be alot of ticket splitting?
That woman is such an embarrassing clown I’m pretty sure that were he alive today, Abraham would change his name to something like....Garbanzobean....just so he wouldn’t accidentally be identified with her.
This should detroy the myth that voters are impressed by style over substance.

27%, thats less than half of what she won with in 2004.
I don’t trust it. There is a long time before November, and lost of underhanded things can happen between now and then.
Rasmussen must must be picking up virtually no support for her there at all, she’s declined and declined and declined since early 2010, i dont see how you can turn it round, once support for an incumbent drops like that, its hard to get back, it sort of solidifies the reason for someone new.
Arkansas has only one Senate seat? /s

Remember back in the primaries when the Dems were so proud of themselves for positioning Lincoln as the “moderate” in relation to her left-wing nut opponent? Remember how the MSM brayed about how that was going to put Lincoln in a good position as the “moderate” in the general election? Somehow I don’t see it panning out the way they wanted it to.
If they did, it wouldn’t work. Who would they put up?

from what i see they can’t 4th August was last day for nomination and certification i think in Arkansas 90 days before the election. Only if she dies can they replace her now.
