Pat is a wonderful person, though he gets bashed here a lot by people who have never read anything he has written.
Right From the Beginning is a great memoir.
Brave guy and good guy.

When my son got out of the active duty Marines in 1992 he went to work for Buchanan in the primries...he traveled a bit with PB and even went to Mass every morning with him if a Church was nearby...daily mass was PB’s custom...even though I don’t agree with him on many policy matters, I must say that he was as fine a man as one can hope to meet in the political world...a stand up guy and a patriot.
