By referring to her call for an investigation into the opponents of the mosque as nutty or silly the idea is minimized.
It’s not silly or nutty, it’s damned dangerous and she ought to be excoriated by all sides for her demands.
The chance of that is equal to a snowball’s chance in hell but we on the right side of this issue ought not be too dismissive of her call for investigation.
To me it reveals the mindset of a tyrant,
and probably reveals the mindset of all of the ‘rats in power today.
The mindset is
“Find out who is opposed to us and eliminate them.”
And eliminate us they will, if given the power, justification, or excuse to do so.
