This administration will be blaming the unemployed for the Nation’s high unemployment rate.......

It can be argued that one reason for the continuing unemployment problem is the unemployed. Rather than take a job paying less than the previous they stay on the dole hoping things will turn up. Thus, the unemployed are responsible for the continued high unemployment.

Well they can change the mandate of the Death Panels and take care of them (those 'persistently unemployed' who make Zero look bad).
