LOL, I watched ‘It’s Complicated” with my wife (it was her turn to pick it out, my turn to watch) but I did the husbandly duties.
I deplore and detest Arrec Bahlwin. But I must say, he fit that role so well I just couldn’t help but laugh.
The movie did irritate me to no end, though. At one point, I just blurted out “WTF is wrong with these people? All they do is see shrinks, fornicate, eat and talk about everyone else!”
You just wanted to grab all the characters by the shoulders and give them a stiff slap across the face...
I guess I lived in California too long, they seemed normal to me, think that is why I thought it was so funny. Also I’m of that generation...... and like you I detest Alec Baldwin, but no one was more perfect for that role than him.
