I used to like Dr. Laura but her own personal turmoil about her faith, her specious relationship with her husband and her her own personal hypocrisy kind of turned me off to her. She was a Catholic, then a Jew, then renounsed her Judaism on air, them denied what we all heard and now refuses to discuss it. Not to mention how long can you last on radio haranguing people about living together in sin. Not to mention almost to a person she has a rep of being a angry, controlling little harpy in real life and awful to work for. Bad fruit on that tree.

I tend to agree with you. I used to like her show and as a matter of fact it was largely due to her that I convinced my wife to stay home with our then infant son instead of working.

She has a lot of personal issues. That said, it isn’t right for anyone to use the “N word”. Saying one group can use it and one cannot based on their skin color is RACISM.

I used to listen to her too, until I got tired of her yelling at people. What happened to her relationship with her husband? Is she still practicing Judaism?
