I'm not a ‘birther’ either, but I do believe this is an issue. I was born in Hawaii and I have both the original birth certificate and the certificate of live birth. The certificate of live birth is significantly scant on information. Unfortunately, I don't have them both in front of me at the moment. The passport service will accept a certificate of live birth, but all that means is that the State of Hawaii recognizes the birth of BHS to said parents. It does not confirm where he was born, who his doctor was, of parent's place of residence.
Somebody feel free to check me out on this to confirm or correct my information.

Hawaii claims that the old paperwork doesn't exist, and now that it does exist some administrator claims to have verified it still exists but that we don't need to see it.
Barry himself HAS a copy of his old birth certificate, or so he claimed in his book.
So what is the real reason for not releasing a proper birth certificate?

Then you’re a birther, or an NBCer! Wear the badge of honor proudly. Screw the RATS!

Is there anything in a "Birther" that you are scared of???
The simple matter is, that's a derogatory title all the "AFTER-BIRTHERS" will put on you, if you dare referring to the Constitution, which is the only thing here we are referring to and loudly questioning. The birth certificate is NOT the issue in itself, it's the NBC issue according to the Constitution we want solved!!!
