If he was not actually born in Hawaii, I would assume his passport says he was born in Hawaii. If there was fraud, why create a fraudulent record of birth unless you were going to use it to prove citizenship?

I’m not a birther but can someone explain to me how this makes a birther embarrassed?

Because Politico says so.

Meanwhile 911 "Trufers" like Hillary Clinton (who declared from the floor of the Senate in Feb 2002 that "Bush knew!") get a pass from the Pravda Media.

I'm not a ‘birther’ either, but I do believe this is an issue. I was born in Hawaii and I have both the original birth certificate and the certificate of live birth. The certificate of live birth is significantly scant on information. Unfortunately, I don't have them both in front of me at the moment. The passport service will accept a certificate of live birth, but all that means is that the State of Hawaii recognizes the birth of BHS to said parents. It does not confirm where he was born, who his doctor was, of parent's place of residence.
Somebody feel free to check me out on this to confirm or correct my information.

The action of putting this in the news is calculated.

People in the White House know they have a problem. This was a very calculated way of putting “Hawaiian born” data in the news.

We have a court case with a man facing jail that is demanding to see the documents, and then this is put out in the news for general consumption. But no BC.

This activity in and of itself, before Lakins trial, is telling me he has no BC from Hawaii and they are getting nervous.

It’s the so-called reporter who ought to be embarrassed. He doesn’t know when he’s being punked or else he’s a complicit tool. Take your pick.

Think all the way back to the FactCheck blog “Born in the USA” fable. They focused almost exclusively upon what was on the fake COLB and how it contains every item of information that the STATE DEPT. requires for proof of citizenship, IN ORDER TO GET A PASSPORT.

They want us to believe that he presented the State Dept. with his birth certificate, when he was a child headed to Indonesia, and then perhaps later, with that COLB, proving his “citizenship”, because he got a passport. Didn’t he?

So in a backdoor, roundabout way, they’re trying to say, “The State Dept. accepted his birth certificate and/or the COLB, so both must be real.” The COLB is based upon the birth certificate. When he was a child, the State Dept. accepted his birth certificate and gave him a passport. Now he has a new presidential passport, so if he gave them the COLB, then that’s legitimate, too.

What they don’t say and hope nobody reports (as if anybody other than tool Gerstein will report) is that this may be a diplomatic passport that has different requirements, and they won’t remind anybody about how John O. Brennan’s peeps sanitized Obama’s passport files around about the same time the bogus COLB was created. Those selfsame files that Condi Rice cannot assure us were not added to, deleted from, or changed.

They think we’re stupid and in many cases, unfortunately they are correct.

The media, almost to a one, accept this fake COLB. And they accept, or pretend to accept, the premise that simple citizenship or 14th amendment citizenship proves his eligibility for the presidency.

And so now they will accept this argument that he has a passport (Here it is. See?), so therefore the passport PROVES that the State Dept. vetted him and he passed with flying colors.

Pay no attention to the court cases questioning his “birth certificate”. It’s real. See. It’s good enough for the State Dept. These “birthers” are nuts.

Pay no attention to that patriot Lt. Col. Lakin who Obama is court martialing simply because Obama will NOT show a court the proof that his minions contend he has or can easily get from Hawaii—in the form of his ORIGINAL, circa ‘61, certified by the State of Hawaii birth certificate, signed by the delivering physician, which easily proves that he’s a natural born citizen. Lt. Col. Lakin, although a decorated, well-respected member of the military, is also nuts.

They are counting upon the fact that few, if any, will point out that there’s a huge difference between a natural born citizen and any citizen who can get a passport. Schwarzenegger has a passport, but he’s not and never will be eligible to be POTUS, unless we amend the Constitution.
