What’s the over/under on how long it’ll be before we hear his name once again in some report about terrorist activity?

I’d say it’s more likely he’ll turn up in some mid-level cabinet post.

What if the gummint just says NO, we won’t? This Judge has not standing to *execute* squat. You think a Federal Marshal is going to go to Gitmo and try to arrest someone?

This judge can’t handle the truth ;-)

The judge has ordered the release of this Yemeni detainee. The judge stated it was plausible that this detainee went to the Pak/Afghn border to get free medical care (shortly after 9/11).

/s/ Sure, this is a perfectly normal thing - doesn’t everyone go into a war zone to get a head wound tended to? /s

For some reason, we have come to believe that whatever a judge orders has authority and legitimacy equal to the Biblical Burning Bush.

Should conservatives ever regain Congress and the Presidency, there is a tremendous amount of house cleaning awaiting in the Judiciary.
