What a crock. There are no civilisns in the terrorist planning. All non-MUslims are the ENEMY. What about the 3000 CIVILIANS murdered at WTC.
Killing the infidel is not “target civilians” in their definition.
This is one thing, in all aspects of the enemies’ speech, that we must watch out for -
they use the same words as we do, but they mean different things to them.
