Is there no such thing as self defense in CA?
“I feared for my life, so I ______him/her.” “I was sure they meant to kill me.” “I was defending myself” “ there was nothing else I could do to get away.”
With today’s judges and lawyers...Holder??? I am afraid we are losing all our “rights”. They make so many rules, so what constitutes self-defense???? When are you “justified” to defend yourself. There are specific rules on when you MAY use deadly force.
I suppose they can find some excuse to lock you up if they don’t like your politics. I am afraid we are getting to that point. There is NO justice in our courts today. None. It is who has the most money wins.
