Not really. The Axis nations were industrial superpowers with at least a chance of defeating the other advanced nations in a conventional war. The same can't be said for any Islamic state or any collection thereof. If you were forced to pick such a regime today there's no better candidate than the PRC. Still, that's only if you must - I don't see it as particularly instructive to go comparing everything under the sun to Naziism. Islamist expansionism exists on its own terms and should be dealt with as such.
