First lady Michelle Obama made an unannounced visit to Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday as part of her "regular private meetings and interaction with military families," according to an official in her office.

Today's visit to Walter Reed will allow the first lady to "share the feedback and concerns expressed by military families with officials inside the White House and across the administration," the official said.

We already have a ‘kenyan’ special needs child elected to the white house.
On second thought, “adoption” is too long term, and they only need another one term boost,
so maybe an air-lift and resxue of an Afghan or African child in need ON THEIR DIME for a change.
