Huckabee is full of crap. The United States Supreme Court in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 set out multiple exceptions to automatic citizenship by birth, including children of foreign ambassadors, children of tribal Indians and children of invaders.

In Huckleberry Hound’s mind, compassion has always trumped common sense. As his sorry record on pardons show, he thinks he has a special gift from Jesus to decide who is deserving of special rights. Unfortunately, the victims of the felons he pardoned just didn’t appreciate his gift.

huckster is ignorant of the Constitution and Mark Levin explained this in great detail. The Federalist Papers are replete with the 14th NOT ALLOWING birthright... IF ANYONE is under the jurisdiction of a foreign government (read citizen or under their legal system)... such as a citizen of mexico... they are NOT allowed to claim citizenship of their spawn.
