huckster is ignorant of the Constitution and Mark Levin explained this in great detail. The Federalist Papers are replete with the 14th NOT ALLOWING birthright... IF ANYONE is under the jurisdiction of a foreign government (read citizen or under their legal system)... such as a citizen of mexico... they are NOT allowed to claim citizenship of their spawn.

Gosh those Federalist papers were prescient ~ they were written about 75 years before the 14th Amendment (if you’re right).
