In a move reflecting apparent frustration over stalled talks with the White House on Guantanamo and detainee issues, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is moving forward without the Obama administrations blessing with legislation to address a series of thorny legal questions raised by the long-term detention of terrorism suspects.
A bill Graham quietly introduced last week would set standards and rules for legal challenges brought by prisoners at Guantanamo as well as other suspected enemy fighters whom U.S. forces may capture in the future.

Supporting Islamic Terrorists, Illegal Aliens, Mexican Drug Dealers, Enviromental Wack-Jobs....when is the GOP gonna kick out Grahamnesty?
fyi
“quietly brought”......speaks volumes.....
One can only imagine what is in his FBI file that they hold over him...
Either that or he really believes in what he is doing and just hates this country
Once again there is no leadership from the White House. Just grandstanding about closing Gitmo and bringin KSM to NYC. Idiots.
“A bill Graham quietly introduced last week...”
What does Billy Graham have to do with this?
They probably have pictures of him at a gay bath house engaged in all sorts of perversions.

I got a call earlier from the Republican Senatorial Committee or some such. All he wanted to do was rail against jug ears. I stopped him cold and said if they’d ever get rid of the traitors mcStain and his poodle lindsay we wouldn’t be in such a mess. He started right back up with his jug ears spiel and I stopped him with “and you’ll not ever get another penny from me or my family until you rid the party of all the expletive RINOS and then told him not to ever bother me again until it happened. Apparently it either sunk in or he’s been getting an earful as all he could then utter was “I understand” and hung up.
It felt pretty damned good too!
