The basketweave pattern holds up best during baking. You wrap a pork tenderloin in pork sausage, then wrap that in bacon. I filet the tenderloin and wrap it with the sausage. When you slice it later you get a spiral. You can bake it in the oven, but I prefer to smoke it all day with a lttle bit of applewood.
