LTC Brodsky, the JAG prosecutor is obviously turning this case into a personal vendetta and should be reprimanded in writing and removed from the case. COL Craig should have reprimanded LTC Brodsky and told him to stay in his lane; she should know better than to let that conversation occurr and not to pass it along. By not doing so, she now should receive a verbal reprimand and no longer be assigned escort duties for LTC Lakin. LTC Lakin is NOT a flight risk, and the treatment he is receiving is unwarranted.
It won’t happen, but in my opinion LTC Brodsky should be charged with assault and possibly COL Craig as well since see let it occur.
