No, I haven’t looked at the videos and I’m not going to look at them. That kind of graphic violence usually stays in my mind for a while and it distracts me from important work that I need to do right now in my business. I’ve already have one major unplanned distraction this week. But I have no doubt that all kinds of horrific violence is going on in Mexico. I worked with a (legal) Mexican immigrant, one of the staunchest supporters of America that I ever met, and he told me some stories of the kind of violence and physical abuse that goes on in Mexico and he was definitely telling the truth.
I didn’t say exactly what I was thinking before. What I meant to say is that Obama is not manufacturing a phony crisis in order to justify some other kind of action, in the way that he and BP dragged their feet on capping the leaking well in the Gulf in order to turn it into a bigger mess and advance the cause of the Green movement. This is a real crisis at the border, not a phony manufactured crisis. It’s a slow-motion train wreck that’s been building for decades and it’s getting worse all the time. It’s only a matter of time before terrorists from the ME cross the border and launch a massive attack against American civilians. Very unfortunately, that is probably what will have to happen to generate the political pressure that finally forces the Executive Branch to secure the Mexican border.
Yes it is a real crisis on the birder. we have the resources to solve it. Obama wants the crisis , why and what will he do to shape it to his ends?
The social forces at play you can see on the el Blog del Narco site. It should hit home that anything Obama has planned will be terrible for America.Why is he allowing drug cartels free access to federal land reserves 80 miles south of Phoenix, where American citizens are kept out?Why has he stopped Arizona from interdicting the flow of ordnance and drugs into that area?There are large swaths of land , 2 miles into the US from the border where local Sherrifs in Texas, Arizona and New Mexico cannot go, because of sniper fire. Why is this allowed?Why are they keeping LEOs out, what is going in in these areas that require the drug cartels to keep the law away?
These are all unanswered questions. Whatever is going on is not beng shared with the public.And all I can point to are the activities of Texas Governor Rick Perry and Arizona’s Jan Brewer who know that something very bad for America and their respective states is happening or is about to happen.
I suppose we can wait and see, meanwhile any information you might have in the future would be appreciated. You are right,something will be happening on the border.Obama doesn’t want federal troops there, and he doesn’t want anyone interfering with the heavily armed drug cartels as they use the Arizona corridor into federal lands.He has staked all his political capital on this. So it must be a whopper.The hezbollah/drug cartel connection may be the prime candidate to search for.Dirty bomb,suitcase nuke?
Just before the election?Well lets hope ther are some good ole boys around who can stop it.
