The last few weeks have been a nightmare for President Obama, in a summer of discontent in the United States which has deeply unsettled the ruling liberal elites, so much so that even the Left has begun to turn against the White House. While the anti-establishment Tea Party movement has gained significant ground and is now a rising and powerful political force to be reckoned with, many of the presidents own supporters as well as independents are rapidly losing faith in Barack Obama, with open warfare breaking out between the White House and the left-wing of the Democratic Party. While conservatism in America grows stronger by the day, the forces of liberalism are growing increasingly weaker and divided.

My boss said it was to avoid dragging the edge of his hand over ink before it dried. Writing right handed sweeps the edge of the hand away from wet ink and left handed can drag over wet ink unless you curl your hand up like that. I also wondered if Arabic is written top left to lower left down the page - which would also mean you might curl your hand up to avoid dragging through ink but I am not sure - never having tried!
Damn, that statement warms the cockles of my heart! I'm all warm and fuzzy here.
What a spot on article well written and calls it exactly how it is. When the UK Telegraph from afar nails it while our current dreck media still obfuscates and shrills for king BOZerO. What a great analysis from a British source. Thanks UK Telegraph.
The UK Telegraph is probably the best and most objective paper in the world. The owners are not in the gang of “elites” pushing for global tyranny. It is an amazing newspaper.
My wife is a south paw, but she’s as right-wing as they come.
I empathize with the hand-writing trouble y’all go through. And with all the other stuff left handers have to put up with in this right-handed world.
I still can’t cut paper with my wife’s left-handed scissors.

Arabic is written right to left.
What a wonderful start for TGIF....:)
And we know he throws a baseball like he grew up without a father. /s

1. Barack is a Muslim and seeks the systemic declination of Christianity.
2. Barack is not constitutionally eligable for the Presidency. He’s illigitimate.
3. Barack HATES whitey. Actually, he doesn’t, but he’s to stupid and afraid of his mentors/handlers.
4. Barack blames.
5. Barack is everywhere all the time.
6. Barack LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME.
7. Barack governs against the will of the people, a concept the British know nothing about.
8. Barack’s fat ass wife is preaching about cutting back of fast food.
9. Barack’s wife is for the first time in her life proud of America whereas I am for the first time in my life dissapointed in America.
10. Barack is the smallest man on planet earth.
Also, lefties have to keep their hands from rubbing across the writing. Ink takes a little time to dry, so by curling the hand like that, it keeps the heel of the hand from rubbing the ink and smudging it.
Sorry for being so sinister. :)
At least the British press gets it!
Don’t forget douchebag.
Where is the evidence he has any input at all regarding day to day or even long term operations? can he make his wishes known? Sure he can but with a 7% share of the company I’m not sure his input has any real force behind it.
Control is determined by who holds the VOTING shares:
In August 2005 the Murdoch family owned only about 29% of the company. However, nearly all of these shares were voting shares, and Rupert Murdoch retained effective control of the company. Nonetheless, John Malone of Liberty Media had built up a large stake, with about half of the shares being voting shares. Therefore, in November 2006, News Corporation announced its intention to transfer its 38.5 per cent managing interest in DirecTV Group to John Malone’s Liberty Media; in return it bought back Liberty’s 16.3% shares in News Corp., giving Murdoch tighter control of the latter firm.[18] Murdoch sold 17.5 million class A shares in December 2007.[19]

The REAL question should be,
Why do we needs to read a foreign paper, Canada or England to get ANY story critical of obammy?
They are not going to do anything, though. They are in it all together.
