Which is the mark of a good public speaker, but to think that she has not prepared, ahead of time, a mental outline of what she is going to say is questionable, IMHO.
I speak in front of groups for a living, and I have never held a piece of paper in front of me, had a teleprompter, or the notes pages of a powerpoint presentation in front of me. But trust me, I’m prepared.
