By traveling like a shotgun burst all over the world he is working security like dogs. He has no real"outpost" set up, it is a damn 4 year long spring break party with a open expense account.

That’s because everyone is pretty scared to part with those shiney dimes they clutch. Four in my family are now out of work and desperately looking for anything.
They won’t be joining the Obamas at the beach other than doing a gig picking up their dog’s “leavings” or any other gainfully employed positions like that since the job market is just awful.
Hmmm...I wonder. Does the Secret Service pick up after the Obama pooch or is there a position open?
The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more.
