These vacations are not your "average guy" weekend getaways. They are extravagant, real vacations including weekdays.
The average guy doesn't get this many days off work even after 20 years of service.
Zero is a rookie, the new employee. He hasn't even put in the time to deserve such time off, let alone the cost (I'm sure he isn't paying most of it).
