It's reprehensible! And the fact that the NHGOP has denounced Halloran's publicly published death wish, while the NHDNC has not, only proves that Gibson's remarks about these people all needing drug testing was right on the mark.
He should be investigated. Who else has he wished death on? Has he made direct threats? Has he been treated for mental illness?

Those on the right who try to dismiss Sarah Palin as a 'lightweight' and constantly whine about her endorsing McCain (as if this invalidates everything else she says or does) should lose the feigned 'offended by her' shtick and realize that if the left is so determined to smear her and even make public statements wishing her dead, Sarah Palin is in their heads and definitely a formidable presence on the political scene; a real conservative that relates to people and isn't a classic career politician seeking the power to control others lives. Making a public statement as a politician, wishing for the death of an ideological opponent, is no different than an Islamic Terrorist making the statement “Death to America”.
