Suddenly, the $89,000 subsidy for each $37,000 Chevy Volt does not seem like such a bad deal.
And if the Spanish Government is willing to give me the $48 Million, I will gladly take one of their electric cars off their hands...
And at the current rate of sales it will only take them a hair of 130 years to reach their goal.
