Insurance for rape? Um, what exactly is the insurance supposed to be for? Replacement of someone's "virtue". I don't get it.
At any rate, I hope this woman gets caught soon and sent away for a time equal to all the time the men she has falsely accused would have been imprisoned.

“men would probably have to either avoid any and all contact with women”
Which is probably the idea.

“As a teacher, Mr. Mitchell is worried about the effect such an accusation even a false one might have on his job.”
He should immigrate to the US. It would get him full pay in a rubber room for years.

If this were possible in the United States, rape accusations would explode, and men would probably have to either avoid any and all contact with women or walk around with a recording device at all times to protect themselves. Remember back to the Bush l era when sexual harassment was all the rage with the femanazi crowd. It was getting so bad in corporate America corporate male executives were avoiding eye contact with females in fear of being brought up on trumped up sexual harassment charges. Having a private one on one meeting in an office with a female was discouraged unless a witness was present.
Then Bill Clinton came along and the femanazis were in full reverse mode, it even reached a point where they agreed that one free 'grope' was allowed.
Say what you will about the 'slickster' he did shut the femanazi crowd up.

The reporting in the Telegraph does not make it clear how one goes about obtaining insurance for rape, but evidently it exists in Europe, and companies pay out without waiting for the resolution of the case. Substantiating evidence, please? If such insurance "evidently" exists, how hard could it be to provide some facts? Oh wait, there aren't any, because it's just some made up BS.
