Yes, if the current regime is still around to pour billions of taxpayer dollars into these scams. However, if you are looking for a smart investment, as opposed to a get rich quick sceam, stay away from “green”. “Green” technologies is this decades Dot Com bubble.

Just what is the definition of a "green stock" or a "green company" or for that matter a "green job".

Is a forest ranger a "green job"? How about a gardener? Landscaper qualify as a "green job"?

What about a company like Weyerhaeuser, or Georgia-Pacific? Are they "green companies"? I'm confused. And who gets to decide what a "green job/company/stock" is.

I think people must be very careful investing in green stocks. Some are just scams..Green Energy Resources, GRGR is one of them, IIRC.
