No, actually now the time is right to use a different tactic. Instead of trying to fight this thing out in the courts, this should be done at the state level. Joseph Farah at WND is calling for everyone to petition their legislatures to pass laws requiring candidates to prove their citizenship before being put on the ballot. In a close race, not being a certified candidate in even a few states could cost him the electoral votes he needs to win.
