Federal law prohibits me from selling anyone private insurance, who has kidney disease. I have to refer them to Medicare.
Then, I can set them up with a Medicare Supplement.

I live in a state opposing this health care plan...I am glad my state is part of it...this is THE issue that really bothers me about this plan... we didn’t want it, yet they literally crammed it down our throats. Bribery (you or me try that and we’d be sent up the river in no time flat!) , backroom deals, weird all hours of the night meetings, and shoving it through on CHRISTMAS EVE.... do these a$$holes EVER take a day off??? No, because it’s a full time job doing these evil things, and we will have to work OVERTIME to fix it! I’m willing to put in the extra hours.... are YOU?

Under 0’nazicare, name brand drugs will start having a tax applied to them next year. And if you are on Medicare good luck keeping or finding a doctor to take you. Ours is not going to be seeing Medicare patients as of Jan 1, 2011. To costly, to little reimbursement, and he’s a doctor, not a government spy.
