No, it won't....
Otherwise, every city and town in America would have one....Or two...lol
Didn't they peel a guy off a rock bluff after he did just that?

Here’s a semi doing over 300 as well.
That's what we used to say about the Phantom. If you put two JP-4's on a Greyhound, it'd fly.
Another coupla things about TF...if you see a green flame coming out its the copper head gasket vaporizing
Losing a cylinder will throw the car off balance due to not as much down-force on one side of the car
Heard someone ask how many times a Top Fuel motor turns over in a 4.67 sec run,but I forgot the answer
I think that this was a myth, but I’d also point out that it’s always a good idea while driving anything not to aim at rocks, much less mountains.
Methinks he was overdriving his steering capabilities.
The windows would blow out probably before 200mph.
It’s like the Obama bus. Plenty of Show no Go.

That sumobeech flies.. 3 chutes?
367? could be.. not the most aerodyno-friendly object but..
No way he is ever gonna go full throttle on that thing unless he’s at Bonneville
Don’t know.
But I did I40 to and from CA, and, now that I think about it, a JATO on the 350 would have cut the time hugely.
Besides, that road is just a straight line.
“Dual magnetos apply 44 amps to each spark plug. This is the output of an arc welder in each cylinder.
“
That is technically meaningless. It can deliver all it wants but the current used is determined by I=E/R. E being voltage and R is the resistance. That sentence is nothing more than a filler to impress people.
Drag racing is a spectator sport, kind of like baseball.
You have pauses....where you get to talk to your friends.
You get to see the entire race.
AND....there’s nothing like being there in person, watching two cars thunder down the 1000 feet.
TV does no justice to the sport; #2 in that regard is Ice Hockey.
It was purportedly clocked at this speed at the Vectren Dayton Airshow on July 17, 2010. This link includes a a comment that has a home video of the event, largely obscured by the crowd. The commenter notes that the article video was from a different exhibition.
That's good enough for me.
At the end of the run, the sparkplug has no ground or center electrode. They are absolutely fried.
BTW, I'm impressed with its power. A PhD engineering friend, after talking to the crew chief and getting the particulars on pressures, etc., said these engines are "scary powerful."
At the bottom of the info sheet, I don't see how anyone can not be impressed with the power of those engines.
Just incredible....
Did find a Telgraph article with some related history:
World's fastest bus: record-breaking wacky vehicles
Paul Stender from Indianapolis in the United States fitted the yellow American-style school bus with a jet engine from a Phantom fighter plane.
Here we take a look at some of the records set by other bizarre vehicles:
Blade Runner
- Don Wales cut the world land speed record for a lawnmower to ribbons by hitting 86mph at Pendine Sands, in west Wales earlier this year on an adapted tractor mower.
Mr Wales, whose grandfather Sir Malcolm Campbell set a world land speed record for a car in 1924, smashed the previous record of 80.792mph.
Pedal Power
- Canadian cyclist Sam Whittingham last year set a new world record for the greatest speed reached on a pushbike.
On a dusty stretch of Nevada highway, Whittingham managed to pedal his streamlined carbon fibre Varna Tempest bike up to 82.4mph.
Luxury in the fast lane
- Travelling fast is one thing, but doing so in comfort is another. A company called Goldschmitt solved the dilemma by creating the worlds fastest motor home.
Their specially adapted Hymer motor home hit speeds of 129mph while still providing living space for a whole family complete with all the standard home comforts.
Couch cruiser
- A daredevil driver took the notion of comfort behind the wheel one step further by creating the worlds fastest sofa with a top speed of 92mph.
The two seater couch fitted with a petrol engine and topped off with a coffee table, book, pot plans and a cup was put through it paces at Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome in Lutterworth, Leicestershire by Marek Turowski in 2007.
Only necessary when you’re late for school.
