That is technically meaningless. It can deliver all it wants but the current used is determined by I=E/R. E being voltage and R is the resistance. That sentence is nothing more than a filler to impress people.
At the end of the run, the sparkplug has no ground or center electrode. They are absolutely fried.
BTW, I'm impressed with its power. A PhD engineering friend, after talking to the crew chief and getting the particulars on pressures, etc., said these engines are "scary powerful."
At the bottom of the info sheet, I don't see how anyone can not be impressed with the power of those engines.
