This could also describe the current situation in the United States.

Allvoices.com is even more annoying than Drudgereport.com in that it automatically “refreshes” to the top of the page at a faster rate than Drudge.
Hard to read from that site...it keeps loading ads one after another and makes the screen jump from time to time.
I first thought it was our Charlie Wilson, retired 2nd district, Texas. As in book title, “Charlie Wilson’s War”. Alas we loved you, Timber Charlie.

Watched the movie again last night and yeah he did kick the crap out of the ruskis, but he also gave us the al queda and the taliban, “We’ll See”.
