In A Tale of Two Cities, author Charles Dickens started the book with these words: “It was the best of times; it was the worst of times.”

This could also describe the current situation in the United States.

It was the best of times for liberal Washington congressmen. It was the worst of times for loyal American citizens.

Ever since he voted “Yea” on health care, Rep. Charlie Wilson, from Ohio’s Sixth Congressional District, has been deliberately hiding from his constituents.

Hard to read from that site...it keeps loading ads one after another and makes the screen jump from time to time.

I first thought it was our Charlie Wilson, retired 2nd district, Texas. As in book title, “Charlie Wilson’s War”. Alas we loved you, Timber Charlie.

And here all along I thought it was Temple Charlie.

Watched the movie again last night and yeah he did kick the crap out of the ruskis, but he also gave us the al queda and the taliban, “We’ll See”.
