This is the variant on the "Big Lie" technique, changing it into the "Big Scam". I believe that there has been Global Warming (GW) but not Human-caused GW (AGW) and on top of that, I have yet to see ANYTHING on the human level that can do diddly to reduce it.

As others know, given the UN's past behavior, they are worse than even the US Congress in prudently spending money, especially given that there is no oversight capability governing this inherently corrupt process. I point to such operation as the "Oil for Food" scandal as food-for-thought. Annual $100 Billion budgets will get spent, but wisely and prudently? Don't make me laugh!
