The first time President Bush approval hit 44.0 percent was exactly when Hurricane Katrina hit, FIVE YEARS into his Presidency.
Obama has gotten there much faster - in just his first 19 months!! At this rate of decline, he would finish his term at just 14% after 4 years!!!

Perhaps someone could have hotwired on of the hundreds of busses that sat idle while people died.
