Michelle Obama and her youngest daughter, Sasha, seven, have arrived in Spain for a short holiday as US officials scrambled to defuse embarassing allegations of institutional racism against their host country.
Hours before the first African-American first lady of the US and her daughter were settling into the luxurious Villa Padierna hotel on the outskirts of Marbella, the US state department removed a warning about police racism in Spain from one of its websites.
"We have received isolated reports that racial prejudice may have contributed to the arrest or detention of some African-Americans travelling in Spain," the bureau of consular affairs had warned on its travel advice website.
"Recently, two African-American US government employees were questioned by police in Barcelona for no apparent reason. One was detained and suffered physical injuries in the process."(continued)

I’ve just said the same on another thread, this is disgusting and this media is quiet, we have to get this info off the Uk media for the most part.
My family and I have not gone away for even a day for two years due to cut backs while we pay for them to have a vacation after a vacation and nothing from the media.
Right wing or left wing this is wrong and yet the left only have their selective outrage .They’re staying in a 60 room place, flew in on airforce two, trotting around like they’re the royal family and the American media just ignore this.

According to Ingrahm, they have 70 secret service agents with them, which we pay for. She flew to Spain on Airforce 2 with 40 “of her closest friends”. Its nothing a but a big holiday for them. Supposedly the friends have to pay for there hotel expenses but the taxpayrs are picking up the tab for some 50% of her own expenses. Its an outrage and the media could care less.
