(NewsCore) - The security scare on an American Airlines flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport to LAX on Wednesday was caused by a passenger allegedly smoking, the Transportation Security Administration said in a statement.
“Who cares, Obama has everything under control!”
LOL!
Air Force One probably stinks with cigarette smoke!
LOL. Good calls!
Do we know exactly where he lit up? In the facility, which set off the "possible bomb alarm?"
Secondly, do we know his name yet? I mean, can we rule out Muslim?
It's late, please forgive me for my silliness. I would be such a MAD passenger, considering the downtime on the ground/delay of that flight.
Bics pass right through security at most airports now.
ABQ has the best airport burritos in America!
Yeah but not at 1:00 in the morning!
“Smoking in not permitted on any flight, including in the lavatory and federal law prohibits interfering with or
disabling smoke detectors in the lavatories” —from the
spiel given by flight attendants on airlines like Southwest
ROFL - someone didn’t listen, or someone didn’t understand English.
Air Force One probably stinks with cigarette smoke! And spilled grape soda with cigarette burns in the carpet.
If ever Americans get tired of the crazy and crazier airline rules and abuse, we could organize a protest that made it so no plane ever got anywhere again.
I think it is time for Jan the Man to focus on the terrorists and luggage and leave our bodies alone. I read from Druge that she’s saving nekked pictures of us. How much extra does she get for the kiddie pics?
Said to be a foreign national I believe
Good point,,,
I haven’t flown for many years,,,
I guess it shows...;0)
Did you see the comment at the link?
“It’s just a misunderstanding. I’m sure there is some reasonable explanation. It may be that it a muslim custom and Americans need to be more sensitive. Perhaps we can build a mosque in the shape of the twin towers.... “
I am retired from working for an airline now, but I remember, while working, and immediately after 9/11, the announcement was made that cigarette lighters were being confiscated at security...along with scissors, box cutters, etc. They were forbidden! Yet, those butane lighters were being sold inside security. I saw it, especially at one of the largest airports in the USA...Chicago’s O’Hare...
I was shaking my head. lol
Ret. here too,,,
Glad you got outta that rat race,,,
My time is now my own,,,
I don’t stray too far from home now,,,
The range and the store and not much else,,,
Both cost too much!,,,too hot outside...;0)
I didn't even realize it until I got to my destination and looked in there and went "Holy cow. I didn't know that was in there."
My friend went through with a packed bowl, again not knowing it was in her bag. No one even noticed.
“My time is now my own,,,”
It’s been good for me!
I looked at your home page..love your dawg! lol..
Looks like TSA was asleep again! lol..
But apparently you’re not a 90 year old in a wheelchair. You would have been checked thoroughly.
let us not fail to mention all the black spots on the tarmac and the boarding steps at Andrews from the used chewing gum...
My housemate had the grand kids over and he really put on a show,,,
Her SIL is on his way to Kandahar by now (USAF) and they
were able to spend some happy time together,,,
Syn,,,That sounds about typical of the krap going one at
the airports now days,,,
All it's gunna take is for some moozzi to get a little PETN
onboard ,,,Nasty stuff!,,,
All moozzi has to do is get a few ounces onboard a plane
and light the fuse,,,
BOOM!,,,the plane goes down over any city USA...
Maybe he just farted and was trying aid the rest of the passengers.
Camels?
